Job Summary

Holdem Group is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to handle the daily administrative and HR duties of the organization. The HR assistant will assist the manager with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees. The HR assistant will also work on performance appraisals and employee welfare.

Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager
Compile and update employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities like staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluations.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves)
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist company recruitment to source candidates and update our database
